The iPhone 17 Air is shaping up to be one of Apple’s most talked-about launches this year, and a new leak has revealed the colour options fans can expect. According to tipster Majin Bu, the upcoming model will debut in black, silver, light gold, and light blue finishes. The blue variant is said to look a lot like the Sky Blue MacBook Air M4, adding a fresh touch to the iPhone palette.
Expected to replace the iPhone Plus lineup, the iPhone 17 Air could be Apple’s thinnest phone ever, measuring just 5.5mm thick and weighing around 145 grams. It’s likely to feature a 6.6-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 48-megapixel rear camera, and 24-megapixel front camera for sharper selfies. Under the hood, it may run on either the A18 or A19 chip, paired with 8GB of RAM and a 2,800mAh battery.

Apple is set to reveal the iPhone 17 series in September, sticking to its traditional annual release cycle. The new lineup will reportedly include four models: iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max.
A Modern Take on Classic Colors
Last year, Apple offered the iPhone 16 in Black, Pink, White, Teal, and Ultramarine. Rumors had hinted at new shades like Green and Purple, but Apple now seems to favor classic finishes with a modern twist.
iPhone 17 Air: Premium and Lightweight
The iPhone 17 Air is expected to launch at around $1,299 (approximately ₹1,09,500). This model aims to provide a lightweight design without compromising on screen size or performance. It’s positioned as a premium choice for users who want top-tier features in a slimmer package.
Anticipation Builds Through Leaks
Although Apple hasn’t made an official announcement yet, leaks and dummy model videos are already creating buzz. Fans are eagerly waiting to see what the company has in store for its next generation of smartphones.
